Matt is from New York. He has taught for 10 years in New York and Beijing over multiple curricula and coached baseball, cross-country, and flag football. Matt has a BA in history (SUNY Geneseo), an MA in social studies education (New York University), and a New York professional certificate in social studies, secondary schools. He is grateful for the many students, families, and colleagues who have and continue to enrich his life and challenge him to grow. Matt enjoys spending time with his family, sports, and reading.
