Tom Howard GLL 7
Tom Howard is from Derbyshire, United Kingdom and part of the Science and Language Acquisition Departments. He received his B.Sc. through studying Zoology at the University of Derby and then received his M.Sc. studying Endangered Species Recovery and Conservation at Nottingham Trent University. Before joining us at CISB, Tom taught in Hong Kong for six years, where he also received his PGDE while studying at the University of Hong Kong. He joined the CISB team in 2020 and now acts as Grade 7 Level Lead on top of his teaching duties. Tom is passionate about creating equal learning opportunities for EAL students and helping students understand and reflect upon their environmental footprint. He also coaches our U14 and U18 soccer team. Tom is not only passionate about playing and coaching soccer but a PADI advanced-level scuba diver who enjoys observing marine ecosystems.
