Mr. Young has been teaching in China since 2011. He is from Pictou, N.S., Canada, where he graduated at the top of his high school class, and went on to receive his BSc. in physics at Acadia university, with minors in math and history. In 2018 Mr. Young received his MEd. In administration, also from Acadia University. His teaching experiences include AP Statistics, DP and Canadian physics, pre-calculus math, as well as various other math and science courses.

Mr. Young is here with his wife and two children. He is an active member of a local football club. His daughter and son are actively involved in dance and football as extracurriculars.
