Pieter Cilliers van Ellewee holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and a Master in Education from the University of Derby. He has extensive experience in education and learning development, having worked as a Learning and Development Manager, Homeroom and Grade level lead Teacher, Subject Teacher, and IB CAS Supervisor. His teaching approach is often praised for being fun, enthusiastic, and engaging. As an IBEN Workshop Leader and School Visit Team Member, Pieter is well-versed in diverse, internationally-focused settings. He is dedicated to fostering student-centered learning environments that encourage students to pursue their interests and cultivate a strong sense of global citizenship. Outside of his professional life, Pieter enjoys travelling, reading, watching movies, socializing with friends, and cherishing moments with his family and loved ones
