Saima from Pakistan, She has studied Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. She has done the Suicide Intervention Skills Training Course with ASIST (NHS), United Kingdom. Besides, Saima holds a Master of Science degree in History. She has provided one-to-one as well as group counselling sessions to both young people and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts.
She has conducted training workshops and organized group activities for teachers and students on stress management, self-awareness, meditation and art therapy. her work helps connect with students and assist them in a way that is both inspiring and rewarding.
Kindness and compassion are her greatest strengths.
