With over two decades of experience in the field of education, many dedicated to administrative leadership and curriculum development, Allen McInnis brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Director of Learning and Assessment.

Allen’s career spans diverse international settings, including his role as EY/ES Principal at CISB, High School Academic Assistant Principal at GEMS AKNS and as MYP Coordinator and Curriculum Coordinator for PYP Mathematics and Assessment at GEMS World Academy in Dubai, UAE. He has also served as Curriculum & Accreditation Coordinator with the Qatar Foundation and held the position of Math Department Head at J.B. Tyrell Sr. Public School in Scarborough, Ontario.

Allen has presented and spoken internationally and has been a member of school accreditation teams with NEASC, and Internal Review Teams while with GEMS Education.

Driven by a commitment to data-informed decision-making and a holistic approach to student development, Allen continues to foster innovative practices that enhance learning outcomes and strengthen educational programs here at CISB.
