Erin Zhang is originally from Tianjin, China. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Tianjin Normal University and a Master of Arts in Education from Heidelberg University in the United States. She holds a Primary English Teaching Certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of China, as well as a TESOL Certificate from Arizona State University.

With more than ten years of experience in the IB Primary Years Program (PYP), Erin has completed IB Category 1, 2, and 3 professional development training.

As a PYP EAL teacher, she is committed to fostering students’ language development within interdisciplinary learning contexts and empowering every student to take an active role in their own learning.
