Paul Steffan is the MYP Coordinator and he is new to China. He is originally from a small, mining town in the province of Quebec in northern Canada. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Concordia University in Montreal. He obtained his Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Toronto and has a specialist qualification in Contemporary Studies. Additionally, he obtained a Certificate of International School Leadership from the Principals’ Training Center. Paul has taught as an EAL teacher at a Seoul, South Korean middle school. He was a Primary/Middle school teacher for the Toronto District School Board, teaching at two public schools. He then moved to Zug, Switzerland working at the International School of Zug and Switzerland, where he taught Language and Literature. While there he held a variety of roles, including Grade Level Leader, Subject Coordinator, and MYP Coordinator.
