Saria Umair is from Pakistan. She has 17 years of experience in education, including leadership roles such as Department Head of English Language, coordinator Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), and Editor in Chief of College Magazine.She has a Master’s degree in English Linguistic and Literature. In addition, earned a Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).
She has been teaching First Language English in an international school in Beijing since 2013 and will join CISB as an MYP English Language and Literature teacher. For her, teaching is a passion, not a profession. Her goal is to guide her students to the path of excellence and make class learning fun. She loves to cook, read and travel.
