The start of the sports season at CISB has kicked off with a bang, as both the U19 boys’ and girls’ volleyball and U14 soccer teams have shown promising performances and outstanding talent.
The girls’ volleyball team has an unblemished record of 5-0 in the ongoing season, while the boys’ volleyball team has maintained a commendable 4-1 record. Both teams recently participated in the highly competitive Jeju-do International Volleyball Tournament in Korea, facing schools from China, Taiwan, and Korea. Two standout players from CISB, Jessica Li and Tony Tsui, were awarded the “All-Tournament Player” titles in recognition of their exceptional contributions to the team’s success.
Simultaneously, the soccer season is underway, with the U14 teams actively participating in the ISAC tournaments. The girls’ soccer team started with an impressive 3-1 record, while the boys’ team recently secured their first-season victory. Both groups show tremendous potential, and we are eager to see how they progress throughout the season.

Expanding beyond volleyball and soccer, CISB students are diligently preparing for the forthcoming cross-country and golf seasons. With practice underway, these athletes are gearing up to represent CISB after the autumn break ends in October.

CISB’s commitment to developing athleticism, teamwork, and sportsmanship is paying off, with the school’s teams achieving impressive results early in the season. Students, parents, and faculty are excited to see how these talented athletes will continue to shine as the season progresses.

Stay tuned for further updates and accomplishments from the CISB sports teams as they pursue excellence in their respective sports.
