From June 21-23, the CISB Artistic Swimming Team showcased their talent at the 2024 MGM Macao Open Artistic Swimming Competition. This prestigious event featured 16 teams from regions including Macau, Hong Kong, Taipei, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Tianjin.
Notable Achievements:
U15 Team Free Routine:
· Queena C., Boey C., Naomi C., Macy Q., Yoyo W., Boe X., Sammie Z., and Miranda Z. earned an impressive 2nd place. Many of these athletes have been dedicated members of the team for over three years, continually honing their skills and demonstrating their commitment to excellence.
Duet Free Routine:
· Olivia D. and Yoyo W. achieved 3rd place in their duet performance. This competition marked their debut as a duo, and their success highlights their synergy and hard work.
U12 Team Free Routine:
· A group of junior athletes, including seven girls (Tiffany J., Claire L., Lilian L., Ee Teng N., Xinghan L., Teresa W., Ivy X.) and one boy (Matthew D.), secured 7th place. This was the first competitive performance for these Grade 1-3 students, and their impressive showing promises a bright future for the team.
