The story of Terry Fox is an eternal example of courage, determination, and hope. Despite his battle with cancer, he launched the Marathon of Hope, running across Canada on one leg and inspiring millions around the world.
Yesterday morning, the CISB community—our students, teachers, staff, and parents—proudly carried forward this mission during our annual Terry Fox School Run. It was a powerful tribute to Terry Fox’s spirit and the belief that “anything is possible.”
From the determined strides of our Elementary School students to the energetic sprints of our Middle and High School runners; from the encouraging smiles of our teachers and staff to the supportive presence of our parents—together, we experienced the strength of our community and the meaning of running (or walking) for others.
Special thanks goes to:
Our students, you are the future!
Our teachers and staff, thank you for your thoughtful organization and wholehearted participation.
Our parents, thank you for your consistent support and encouragement.
Our volunteers and event organizers, your efforts ensured the smooth success of this event.
All of our community members, thank you for your generous donations that will make a real difference in the fight against cancer.
Together, our community raised over 46,000 RMB in donations for the fight against cancer—a powerful testament to the strength and commitment of CISB.
