On November 5th and 6th, the entire CISB community came together for a deeply collaborative event: our school-wide Personalized Learning Plan (PLP) Conferences. These two days were dedicated to strengthening the unique partnership between parents, students, and teachers, all centered on the growth and success of every individual learner.
From our youngest explorers in Early Years to our ambitious scholars in High School, the conferences provided a dedicated space to connect, reflect, and plan. The focus was on diving deeper into each learner’s personalized learning journey, discussing individual academic and personal goals, and co-creating effective strategies to help achieve them.
This partnership between home and school lies at the very heart of a CISB education. By aligning these efforts, we ensure that every student is known, supported, and appropriately challenged. It was inspiring to see such active engagement from our entire community, all united in the shared mission of empowering our students to become confident, lifelong learners.
