IB DP1 Business Management students created a Business Plan together to role play the launch of their Pop-Up Shop.

Transfer goals
The objective of this role play is to provide students with an opportunity to apply their knowledge of business plans to a fictional, yet potential real-life company. Students should be able to apply the key concept of creativity as they use this planning tool, and evaluate whether the detailed contents helped the business achieve its strategic goals.
