Students arrived on campus on Monday for the official start of the new 2026-27 school year. From new students settling into life at CISB for the first time, to returning students transitioning back into familiar routines, the first day was a wonderful mix of excitement, reunions, and new beginnings.
Classes in Action & Learning How To Learn
With the first day behind us, classes moved straight into the new school year. Across all grade levels, students got to know their teachers and classmates, explored new classroom spaces, and began settling into the routines that will carry them through the year ahead.
Before moving into new content, students spent time this week focused on learning how to learn — building the habits, routines, and mindset that support them throughout the year. This foundational work helps ensure that as the year progresses, students are well equipped to take on new challenges with confidence.
