Join us for the annual TEDxCISB Youth event on May 30th at 2PM in the CISB Auditorium.
Under this year’s theme, Brave New Now, students from Grades 7-12 will explore the opportunities and challenges shaping our present moment through bold ideas, personal stories, and fresh perspectives.
This year’s guest speakers include:
– Ma Jun — leading environmentalist and one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People
– Rachel Weiss — new media creator and founder of @rachelmeetschina
– Aizhan Seraly — certified life coach and Duke University graduate
– Johnson Zhang — electrical engineer and public speaking advocate
The event will also feature special performances by the CISB StageCats and experimental musician thruoutin, who blends modern electronic sounds with traditional Chinese elements, followed by a live audience Q&A.
Further, light refreshments will be provided by Soloist Coffee Co. and HSBC.
