Edison Villabona Camargo joins CISB with extensive experience teaching secondary science within both IB and Cambridge curricula. He has served as a Chemistry lead teacher and taught MYP and DP courses including Chemistry, Integrated Sciences, Physics, and Biology, bringing strong expertise in curriculum development and laboratory-based instruction. Edison holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Education from Francisco José de Caldas District University in Bogotá and has completed Cambridge and IB-focused professional training. He is committed to inquiry-driven learning, rigorous application of the scientific method, and fostering student engagement through hands-on experimentation and critical thinking.
