Franklin Gutierrez joins CISB with extensive international experience as a theatre and drama educator, actor, director, and IB Diploma Programme Theatre examiner. He has taught across the IB continuum—including PYP, MYP, and DP—as well as IGCSE Drama, and has led productions and musical theatre programs in Colombia, India, and Egypt. Franklin holds a Master’s degree in Scenic Arts with an emphasis on Acting from Francisco José de Caldas District University and is currently completing an MA in Writing for Script and Screen at Falmouth University in the UK. He is passionate about the transformative power of theatre and is committed to fostering creativity, confidence, and collaboration in his students.
