A Season of Gratitude – Thanksgiving
Our students celebrated Thanksgiving by sharing heartfelt messages of gratitude on colourful leaves for our Thankful Trees display. Adding to the celebrations, our cafeteria partner Sodexo prepared a wonderful Thanksgiving menu featuring turkey and a variety of Canadian-inspired dishes and treats for our community to enjoy!
Canadian Culture & Storytelling
Our students explored Canadian traditions, history, and culture through engaging storytelling and learning sessions in the Early Years & Elementary School with Ms. Rita. A meaningful opportunity to celebrate CISB’s Canadian roots while fostering curiosity and cultural appreciation.

Canadian Universities Visit CISB
CISB welcomed representatives from seven Canadian universities and post-secondary institutions, giving our students and families a unique chance to explore higher education pathways, connect directly with university representatives, and learn more about studying in Canada.

House Activities & Celebrations
Canada Week brought plenty of school spirit through House activities and stations for students to connect across campus. Together, we celebrated teamwork, belonging, and the Canadian spirit that is such a big part of CISB’s identity.

Dress Like a Canadian
From Canadian-inspired outfits to plenty of red and white, our students and staff embraced the spirit of Canada Week! A week-long celebration of Canadian culture and our diverse international school community — a beautiful mosaic and tapestry of different cultures, traditions, and values coming together.

A wonderful week celebrating our Canadian roots, shared traditions, and the vibrant international community that makes CISB so special!
Happy Canada Week from all of us at CISB!
