Canadian High School (New Brunswick) Diploma
At CISB, students may pursue the Canadian High School Diploma through the Province of New Brunswick. This program provides a broad selection of courses designed to prepare students for their chosen university or college pathway.
- Students begin earning graduation credits in Grade 10.
- Courses run by semester and are valued at 4 Credit Hours each.
- To graduate, students must accumulate a minimum of 100 Credit Hours across Grades 10–12, drawn from these subject areas: Language Arts & Languages, Humanities, Mathematics, Science, Creative Arts, Wellness & Physical Education, and Career‑Connected Learning.
Course grades are determined by 70% coursework (unit tests, quizzes, homework, projects, etc.) and 30% by a final exam or final project.
