Mr Luke Ramsdale is joining CISB as the MYP Coordinator. He is from the town of Rugby in the UK, where the sport was born. He is a UK certified teacher with a PhD in Education from University of Lancaster, a MED from Endicott University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science.

Mr Ramsdale brings over 20 years' experience in education in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Ukraine and the UK, including 15 years with the IB programmes in various roles; MYP Coordinator (6 years), Director of Sport, PHE teacher, CAS Coordinator, IB Workshop Leader, and an IB Visit Team member. He also has experience of CIS accreditation. He also has experience coaching Girls Soccer and Girls Volleyball.

Mr Ramsdale is a CrossFit regular, music lover, and lifelong sports fan. In his own words, these days he is more likely to be reading or playing guitar than playing full-contact sports. Mr Ramsdale is married to Ms Rebecca Morse, who is also joining CISB, and they have two young daughters.
