Gersham Ward joins CISB with over seven years of international teaching experience in Mathematics, Science, English, and Physical Education across South Africa and China. He has taught middle school Mathematics and Life Sciences, delivering instruction aligned with CAPS, U.S. Common Core, and NGSS standards while emphasizing inquiry-based learning and differentiated instruction. Gersham holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialization in Biology and General Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Western Cape. He is committed to fostering critical thinking, measurable academic growth, and strong student relationships through engaging, standards-based instruction.
