Grade 7 students investigated the movement of goods, people, ideas, and transportation in today’s world. They analyzed how these movements impact the environment and society at local, regional, and international levels.
By studying current trends, students gained a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of our world and the consequences of these movements on sustainability and globalization.
Grade 8: Migration – Push and Pull Factors
Grade 8 students explored the concept of migration, focusing on the push and pull factors that influence why people move across borders. They researched migration trends in different countries, analyzed patterns of immigration and emigration, and examined government policies to understand their impact on population movement.
Through this research, students developed critical thinking skills, evaluated real-world migration issues, and explored the social, economic, and political implications of migration.
