2026 MS/HS Halloween Social
CISB Student Leadership Brings Halloween to Life
Last Friday, CISB’s Middle School and High School came alive with spooky surprises, creative costumes, and Halloween excitement as our MS/HS Student Council hosted its annual Halloween Social!
With over 130 registrations, demand exceeded expectations, with tickets selling out well ahead of the event.
Organized entirely by our Student Council in just three weeks, the evening featured three exciting activities: Hide and Seek, Mafia, and Red Light, a brand-new addition this year. Students also enjoyed a movie screening, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and refreshments while waiting for their turns.
Hide and Seek proved particularly popular, with student actors bringing the experience to life through frightening performances and plenty of spooky surprises!
Reflecting on the Experience
Reflecting on the evening, MS/HS Student Council President, Emma W., shared:
“I’m really proud of how the Halloween Social turned out. Although we only had three weeks to prepare, we still managed to have over 120 students attend.”
Behind the scenes, Student Council members spent hours preparing, decorating, coordinating activities, and cleaning up, with some remaining on campus until 10 p.m.
MS/HS Vice-President, Angela W., highlighted the teamwork behind the event:
“Seeing so many students enjoying themselves made all the planning worthwhile.”
The evening demonstrated student leadership in action. Through creativity, collaboration, and initiative, our MS/HS Student Council transformed their ideas into an experience that truly brought our school community together.
A huge thank you to Ms. Emma W., Ms. Angela W., and the rest of our MS/HS Student Council, supporting teachers and community members who made this memorable evening possible!
