Attend an innovative STEAM class - 'Conversations with AI' - at the National University of Singapore. Step into the classroom of a world-top university and deeply explore the frontier world of artificial intelligence under the guidance of a teacher. Through interactive learning, students will understand how AI is changing our lives and actively consider its profound impact on humanity's future.

Afternoon: Visit [Bird Paradise]. As Asia's largest bird park, spanning 17 hectares with 8 large themed walk-in aviaries, it is home to over 3,500 birds from more than 400 species. Each aviary showcases the characteristic environment, plants, and bird species of different ecological zones, taking you through the world's diverse biomes.

Evening: Visit the Night Safari, the world's first wildlife park dedicated to nocturnal animals. The park is home to over 2,500 animals, and the naturalistic nighttime habitat exhibits provide a unique visiting experience. It has successfully bred endangered species such as the Malayan tiger, Asian elephant, fishing cat, Malayan tapir, and Asiatic lion. [Universal Studios Singapore]: Asia's first movie-themed park. Attractions like the Transformers themed zone and Revenge of the Mummy themed zone will captivate the children.

Group Orienteering Task: Students explore and participate in groups led by their group leaders, expressing their individuality and showcasing themselves, while cultivating a sense of responsibility and teamwork skills. Each group must bring back an identifier or brochure from a visited themed zone.

Lunch: SGD 25 per person allowance.

Morning: [Batik Cultural Course Experience] Batik, originating from Java, Indonesia, is an ancient art form highly valued throughout Asia. Batik painting does not use pen and paper, but instead uses wax and cloth. You first sketch your design with a pencil. Then, using a tjanting (a wax funnel filled with hot melted wax) as your 'brush', you trace the pattern onto the cloth. The unique process involves wax-resist dyeing. Hot wax is applied to the fabric using a canting tool; the wax prevents the dye from penetrating the fabric, allowing complex patterns and designs to emerge. Once the design is complete, the fabric is dipped in boiling water or ironed to remove the wax, revealing the vibrant colors and intricate patterns. This form of batik is called batik tulis, meaning 'written' with a wax funnel instead of a pen. From this method, you can observe the changing shapes of the flowing wax.

Learning Objectives:

• Knowledge of Batik materials and history.
• Various Batik designs and appreciation of some traditional patterns.
• Composition, 'brushwork' (use of the tjanting), and wax-painting techniques for patterns like various floral motifs (e.g., frangipani, hibiscus, lily).

Afternoon: [Natural Ecology Class] [Singapore Botanic Gardens]: The oldest and most enchanting botanic gardens in Singapore, with over 150 years of history. It is Singapore's first UNESCO World Heritage Site, an unmissable three-dimensional "Plant Ecology Textbook".

Evening: Transfer by private coach to Singapore Changi Airport for the international flight back to China.
