Mail and Parcels

To receive mail, use the following address and instructions:

Mail and packages that are delivered to the school are placed on shelves in the First Floor Mail Room for you to pick up. Packages should be picked up in a timely manner and please be courteous of other people’s packages.

We recommend that you do not have cash or valuables mailed to you. When sending valuable items, send them through a mail courier service that can track the items. We are not responsible for the loss of any items mailed to the school.

Food and Other Deliveries

All residents must pick up their food, laundry and other deliveries at the school EAST GATE. Do not ask CISB security staff person to provide this service for you. Please use your Phone Number & Room Number as contact for all your parcels, so they may contact you from the school gate.

For those with difficulty in moving, please contact Becky at becky.zhu@cisbeijing.com in advance to report so that we can arrange security to help deliver the goods to your doorstep
