CISB First Day of School 2026-27

Today marked the first day of the 2026-27 school year, and it was wonderful to see our campus filled once again with students, families, teachers, and plenty of excitement for the year ahead.

CISB Discovery Day – September 2026

Designed for prospective families inquiring for Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 2, CISB’s Discovery Day is an opportunity for children and parents to experience our learning environment in action, meet our dedicated staff and educators, and see how curiosity, exploration, and meaningful learning come to life at CISB.

Welcome Back, CISB! Student Orientation 2026-27

Today, we were delighted to welcome our students and families to campus for the 2026-27AY Student & Family Orientation — reconnecting with familiar faces, welcoming new members of our community, and preparing together for the year ahead.

Important Update – CISB Student Orientation 2026-27

Due to the current forecast of heavy rainfall, and with the safety of our students and families as our priority, we have made the decision to reschedule Student Orientation to Friday, 14 August.

Summer Fun & Growth | CISB Summer Camp Weeks 1–2 Review

As June came to a close and July began, the CISB Summer Camp launched into two wonderful weeks of discovery, laughter, and connection. From our youngest campers in K1, K2, and K3 to the older students in Grades 201A and 201B, every child embraced new experiences and grew in their own unique way.

CISB Graduation 2026: A Night Celebrating the Class of 2026

On Friday, June 12, the Canadian International School of Beijing (CISB) proudly celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2026 at the Kempinski Hotel Beijing. The ceremony marked the culmination of each graduate’s CISB journey and the beginning of an exciting new chapter — surrounded by family, friends, teachers, and distinguished guests.

Celebrating a Strong Year for CISB Athletics

The 2025-26 school year has been a memorable one for CISB Athletics. Across ACAMIS and ISAC competitions, our Bobcats represented the school with pride, resilience, and sportsmanship. From championship performances to growing participation across our U14 programs, this year reflects both the strength of our established teams and the exciting future of CISB Athletics.

CANMUN V: The Architecture of Peace: Conflict resolutions in 21st Century took place at CISB this past weekend, 6-7 June 2026.
It was wonderful to see young delegates from ISB, BCIS, Beijing No 80 High School, BWYA, our out of town delegates from the Western International School of Shanghai and those representing themselves as individuals gather for an engaging and insightful two-day CANMUN V.

CISB Artistic Swimming Team Update

On June 6, led by Mr. Vincent Tam, Director of programs & activities, and the coaching team, CISB artistic swimming team traveled to Hangzhou to participate in the artistic swimming event of the Wellington College Aquatic Sports Invitational. The competition brought together 18 teams from regions including Malaysia, Canada, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Hunan, and Guangdong, making for fierce competition.
